Hear I go. I actually really like this a lot!
At 1:20, when the new synth kicks in it covers the vocals too much. You put the vocals in there, so why cover them so much? The synth choices were really good. It sounds like a club mix, and even though it's a song that's already been done (I guess that the point of a mix xp) you added a lot of your own stuff over in the song. I actually really like the orignal version too, so I liked that you kept the melody that was in the original, and added to it. I dig the style of the song and I really like the drums you used. A very good song! would be scored a little higher if the synth didn't take over at 1:20 and beyond. Other than that though I really love this song. I acctually think the mellodies rival the original's!

XD. A lot of likes I see haha. Thanks for teh review! Sorry for that loud synth though. I liked it that loud for some reason though. It took me forever to timestretch those vocals to 140 BPM.

Really good. It really takes off when the strings kick in around 0:55. very elegant. This sounds like it would belong at the close of a heart warming movie. The guitar is not my favorite. I actually think it may take away from the song underneath. that guitar might be better replaced with an electric mellow string or something. Or maybe the guitar, quieted, EQ'd, reverbed a little more. But IDK. I like what it's playing, I just think the sound isn't matching as well as it could. It sounds out of place.

I really like this song a lot too! But I think the flute that comes in around 0:52 Is a little too strong. It overpowers the song, and the bass that it's followed by could use some work. It doesn't seem to fit that well. It almost sounds like a preset that wasn't modified. Over all the song is interesting and fresh. But I definitely think it could benefit from some mastering and EQ work.

I agree with you actually. I made this song after my... second week using FL. I had JUST discovered automation clips and I populated this with it. I knew about mastering, but I was far from where I am now in knowing what to do with mastering. I'll probably redo this song. :3

This is probably the deepest, most mournfully beautiful song I've ever heard on NG. The Reverb is super rich and spectacularly tuneful. the transition with the harps is like heaven. I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this song.. I'm seriously tearing up... and that's no joke. The tone is perfect and the Latin (it is latin right?) lyrics are haunting. The flute that comes in at 1:36, is very light and again lends perfectly to the mood of the song. I wish I could take a picture to show you my face... (wow... I sound really gay...) cause I'm seriously crying... this piece is so moving. I can definitely hear your sadness in this song.

Just to reitterate.. this song literly moved me to tears.. I love this song and you forever!!

So one more review! You have in about an hour become one of my favorite artist on NG. (i'll been listen to your songs the rest of the day) Kudos! Your work speaks for its self. And I'm old school, but I kinda dig the analog recording. lol. It gives the piece character and the kind of warmth that used to come from old vinyl records! but seriously though... were you ever bad at music?

No but seriously though. Another amazing song! I had this picture of an anime girl running around looking threw the forest for something... something mystical.. is that weird? Any ways, this piece is brilliant and played beautifully.

This song is amazing... I'm almost speechless@@@ But I hate that squeaky pedal!! But the song is so good that the pedal just sort a fades away!!! But seriously you wrote this 4 years ago!! Well my review is done... I wish you had a bad song so that I could give a more in depth review, but seriously there are no flaws at all in this song. Just 101% beautiful. AGAIN THIS SONG IS AMAZZAZING!!!

The song is crazy! The synths you used are strong and the beat is smooth. I've never really heard a Darkstep song before, but I can hear elements in this that lead perfectly to a darker kinda song. Have you heard about the teaser collab? This song would fit in perfectly. (Because it's under 30 seconds) Check out the Teaser Collab in the audio forums and submit this song. Anyway. One bit of constructive criticism. I would add in a couple more layers, the sound isn't as rich or full as it could be. "R4RT"
