I like it

but I'm not really too crazy about that snare... It seems a bit flat. Either way the track is great. Definitly proof that dubstep doesn't need crazy bass.

Great job!

Thanks! I enjoy dub-step quite a bit, but I've always liked to see how it might sound without a wobble/LFO bass. I understand your gripes with the snare too, some people like it and some don't, but you definitely have a valid point about it being a bit flat. If you don't mind taking a listen to Aundral, that'd be great, I'm not sure about the drums on that one either.

Ah well anyway, your review is appreciated, I'll be sure to take a look at your work in return. Gotta support the creative community.

Wow...

This is some next level shit dude. Easily one of my favorite instrumentals period. I am in awe, awe damn it! That sample is sooooooooo fucking groovy. The drums have that perfect hip hop bounce. I don't want this song to ever end. Like, give me a ticket to nowhere, I'd ride that train forever so long as this shit was bumping. Shit, well now I'm just gushing. Amazing track man.

Favorited and downloaded with mutha fucking authority.

not too bad!

I gotta admit that I agree with Wings on this one, when i heard the intro I was like "well, this is gonna suck," but once the samples and bass came together I actually got into it. Definitely a chill old school beat. That scratch is really annoying though. It never stops... I also agree that the drum samples your using are pretty weak. They pretty much sound like stock DAW sounds.

Definitely some sexy shit

I love this beat! SOOOOO damn smooth. This vibe is crazy on this one.

Thanks a bunch EternalXIII, I can almost feel the sincerity in your review
I think I like it a little more now!

xD...

This track is very happy! I actually think the term renewal fits it well. A lot of the sounds are pretty retro, and there were some parts that were straight old school. Then there were also parts where the old school vibe takes a seat and some future shock stuff kinda comes in :)

Like straight up, 1:03 - 1:20 is some retro sounding shit! I love it.

SSJDre responds:

Thanks, I was hoping for that blended feel, but it's more old than anything else, so it's great for me to know that I captured it the right way. I really didn't get into making tracks until this year, in August, though I had a song posted here back in December of last year. It seems I'm getting better at creating the feelings I want, rather than just making a good sounding track.

Sick,

I really dig your flow, I think I've said this before, but your style and flow really reminds me of cage, especially the dark violent lyrics! xD

Pretty sick!

I'm digging it, the sample is great and and transitions are clean. Good Job! lol, every time I hear that intro sample I always think of this song by Sage Francis.

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is amazing! Fav'd and 5'd for sure man. Beautiful work.

That's sick!

Definitely sounds like a Daft Punk sample, great job! The vocal samples work perfectly, i might actually turn up just a touch.

I like it

The beat flows really nicely, this is park strolling music! Smooth stuff man.

DJDureagon responds:

A long elevator ride to jazztown is in order. Thanks for the review.

I do stuff and make things! *dWId
